Initial Assessment
A comprehensive evaluation is conducted before enrolment to understand the child's developmental profile, strengths, and areas of need across cognitive, communication, social, and adaptive domains.
Goal Setting with Family
Our multidisciplinary team meets with parents to discuss assessment findings and collaboratively set short-term and long-term goals that are meaningful, achievable, and family-centred.
IEP Document Created
A formal IEP document is prepared outlining goals, intervention strategies, responsible team members, timelines, and success criteria — shared with parents in full.
Intervention Begins
Therapists and educators implement the plan across all sessions — speech therapy, occupational therapy, behaviour support, academics, and life skills — in a coordinated manner.
Quarterly Review & Update
Every three months, the child is reassessed. Progress is measured against goals, the IEP is updated, and a detailed report is shared with parents. New goals are set for the next quarter.
